Sonadezi An Binh JSC achieves the revenue of VND 350 billion, exceeding the plan by 74%

By the end of 2018, Sonadezi An Binh JSC achieved impressive growth results and exceeded the targets by 19% to 88%.

In particular, in 2018, Sonadezi An Binh achieved over VND 350 billion in revenue, reaching 174% of the plan; about VND 14.64 billion in profit after tax, reaching 144% of the plan; about 7.15 billion in budget contribution, reaching 119% of the plan and about 20% in expected dividend yield.

In 2018, Sonadezi An Binh’s output of concrete products reaches over 90,000m3.

In 2018, industrial zone infrastructure, construction material production, and construction activities continued to account for a large proportion of Sonadezi An Binh’s business. Suoi Tre Industrial Zone achieved VND 50 billion in revenue; construction materials production’s revenue was VND 100 billion with the output of over 90,000 m3, reaching 117% of the plan and construction activities’ revenue was VND 145 billion.

98% of the land in Suoi Tre Industrial Zone is leased out.

Suoi Tre Industrial Zone with a total area of 149.5 hectares attracts 18 investors with a total leased land area of 95.9 hectares on 97.4 hectares; or in other words, 98% of the land is leased out. Regarding the remaining land area, Sonadezi An Binh is building a leased factory cluster of about 25,000 m2. The Company also increases the capacity of the wastewater treatment plant (phase 2) to 2,600 m3 per day and expands the area of Suoi Tre Industrial Zone by 4 hectares. This aims to meet the needs of new investors who want to rent land as well as that of those who want to expand their factory area.

In An Hoa 2 and An Hoa 3 Residential Areas, thanks to the favorable location, the uniform planning and the added value from surrounding facilities, the projects become attractive investments in the market. In 2018, Sonadezi An Binh continued the construction works and finished the transaction of 30 houses of lot S3. The company is implementing the site clearance of 2.4 hectares and Block A construction projects – building 16 garden villas on the 6,000 m2 land of An Hoa 3 Residential Area.

Besides project implementation, in order to improve the management capacity, internal resources and business development, Sonadezi An Binh restructured the management board and focused on human capital building. Also in 2018, Sonadezi An Binh completely upgraded the management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 and was certified by Bureau Vertas Certification (BVC).

Regarding 2019 plans, Sonadezi An Binh’s leader said that although there were still many difficulties encountered in site clearance, he believed with the support from the Parent Company – Sonadezi Corporation and other subsidiaries, the efforts of the employees, the value from brand reputation and product quality, Sonadezi An Binh will continue to grow. Sonadezi An Binh is expected to achieve VND 272 billion in revenue, up 35% compared to 2018 plan; VND 11,4 billion in profit, up 12% compared to the last year and 20% in dividend yield.
