Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company held its first Annual General Meeting (for the term 2020 – 2025) on July 9

The Annual General Meeting of Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company agreed on many key agenda items. Its Board of Directors unanimously elected Mr. Pham Anh Tuan as BOD Chairman and Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thuan as General Director of Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company.

Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company (a Sonadezi’s subsidiary) was granted the first business registration certificate by Binh Thuan Department of Planning and Investment on June 5, 2020 with a charter capital of VND 400 billion.

Sonadezi Binh Thuan is the developer of the 300-ha Tan Duc Industrial Park Infrastructure Development and Leasing Project (in Tan Duc commune, Ham Tan district, Binh Thuan province) with a total investment of VND 1,200 billion. Currently, Sonadezi Binh Thuan is conducting project investment procedures. The project construction is expected to start in 2021, with land lease to be formally offered in Q1/2022.

After its launch in the future, Tan Duc Industrial Park is expected to attract about 100 businesses with an investment capital of USD 300-400 million, creating jobs for about 11,000 workers. The operation of factories and enterprises will generate about USD 1 billion in revenue per year, contributing to the local state budget’s annual revenue of about USD 10 million. This will help improve land uses and promote local industrialization and socio-economic development.
