On August 26, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park was awarded the Certificate of Typical Industrial Park by the Organizing Committee of the Program for election of Vietnam’s typical Industrial Park 2022.
At the Forum “Implementing Decree 35/2022/ND-CP on Management of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones and Awarding Certificates of Typical Vietnam Industrial Parks 2022” organized by the Business Forum Magazine, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates to typical industrial parks across the country.

Taking into account selection criteria such as compliance with the applicable laws on an investment in industrial parks, technical infrastructure, application of technology, housing for workers, utility services, environmental protection, socio-economic efficiency, etc., the Selection Council for typical Vietnam industrial parks 2022 has selected 12 typical industrial parks and 4 industrial parks with thematic titles such as IP with typical life-serving infrastructure, environmentally friendly IP, IP with synchronous logistics and industrial infrastructure.
Among the 12 IPs awarded the certificate of typical Vietnamese industrial parks 2022, Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, which is managed and operated by Sonadezi Long Binh Joint Stock Company (SZB), is one of the first industrial parks established in the country. Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, which marks the early stage of Vietnam’s industrial park development and attraction of investment, is also a model industrial park for Dong Nai and the whole country to deploy industrial parks.
Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park has a total area of 400 hectares, an occupancy rate of 100% and has attracted 133 projects with a total investment capital of USD 2.237 billion. Many big brands such as Fujitsu, Aqua, Taekwang Vina, Hisamitsu, Nestle, CP, Cargill, Meggit, and Mabuchi have established production plants in here.

After the appraisal process, the Selection Council for Typical Vietnam Industrial Park in 2022 highly appreciated Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park for its synchronous and well-organized infrastructure that provides customers in the IP with a full range of utility service and good environmental protection standards, contributes to the development of Dong Nai province, and creates jobs for 53,000 workers.
According to the SZB management, for many years SZB has always made efforts to properly management, operation and improvement of Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park to facilitate investors’ stable activities. In addition, SZB regularly surveys and seeks customer feedback to improve service quality, thereby effectively accompanying customers. According to survey results over the years, more than 95% of customers are satisfied with the quality of products and services and 98% are satisfied with the skills and working attitude of SZB employees.
Bien Hoa Industrial Park 2’s centralized wastewater treatment plant of
SZB is a subsidiary of Sonadezi. Currently, SZB is the investor of four industrial parks in Dong Nai with a total land area of 868 hectares. SZB’s industrial parks have attracted 170 customers with a total investment of more than USD 3.2 billion, creating jobs for 130,000 workers inside and outside the province.
Currently, with the strategy of diversifying products to meet the needs of customers, Sonadezi Long Binh is promoting the development of industrial factories for rent in Thanh Phu Industrial Park (Dong Nai), Chau Duc Industrial Park (Ba Ria – Vung Tau) with a total land area of more than 15 hectares for factories.
