On October 13, a working delegation of Dong Nai Province, including Mr. Thai Bao – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission; Mr. Ho Van Ha – Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, along with representatives of various departments and agencies, visited and extended congratulations to several outstanding enterprises in the province on the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day, October 13.
As part of the program, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People’s Committee of Dong Nai visited and congratulated Sonadezi Corporation. On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Secretary Thai Bao congratulated the corporation on Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day and sincerely acknowledged and commended Sonadezi’s achievements and contributions to the development of Dong Nai Province over the past 35 years.

The Deputy Secretary expressed his hope that Sonadezi would continue to maintain unity, strive for breakthroughs, and uphold its position and role as a major corporation of Dong Nai Province; further research and invest in projects to effectively capitalize on the province’s vast development potential and expanded growth space following its merger with Binh Phuoc.
“The Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Committee expect Sonadezi to grow strongly and make positive contributions to the province’s overall development in the new period. The province will provide the best possible conditions for Sonadezi and the business community to operate and grow. The development of enterprises and investors is an important indicator of the leadership, guidance, and support of the Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee of Dong Nai,” Mr. Thai Bao emphasized.

According to the report submitted to the Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee of Dong Nai, during the first nine months of 2025, the Sonadezi and its subsidiaries remained stable, with most companies achieving over 70% of their planned targets. After nine months, Sonadezi is close to achieving its 2025 annual targets, with consolidated revenue estimated at VND 4,861 billion (73% of the plan); after-tax profit estimated at VND 1,374 billion (98% of the plan); and return on equity (ROE) estimated at 15.13% (nearly 98%).
In 2025, Sonadezi is expected to contribute more than VND 1,200 billion to the state budget (including VND 487 billion in dividends from the parent company). In the first nine months of 2025, Sonadezi contributed VND 570 billion to the budget, achieving more than 76% of the annual plan.
During the same period, the Sonadezi and its subsidiaries also implemented various charity and social programs with total funding of nearly VND 7.8 billion.
