On August 2, within the framework of a business trip to Viet Nam, Neuman&Esser Industrial Group (Germany) visited and worked with Sonadezi Corporation to learn about investment information in industrial parks in the Sonadezi system.
Working session between Sonadezi and Neuman&Esser Group
Neuman&Esser, founded in 1830, is a leading German enterprise in the field of compressed hydrogen gas, providing a complete and integrated system in the hydrogen value chain, from primary energy, conversion and processing, storage, transportation, distribution to final application. Neuman&Esser currently has 30 subsidiaries in 10 countries around the world.

At the meeting, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Corporation introduced the 34-year history of formation and development of Sonadezi, its 4 main areas of activity, and the capacity to provide industrial land products and factories for rent of the Sonadezi system.
Currently, the Sonadezi system has more than 1,000 hectares of industrial land and factories for rent in industrial parks in Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and Binh Thuan that can be ready to hand over to investors to implement the project immediately. Sonadezi prioritizes attracting projects in clean industry, high technology, supporting industries, green energy, etc.
Sonadezi leaders also discussed and provided Neuman&Esser with information about issues of concern such as policies to support investors, high-quality human resources, and some issues about ready-built industrial factories for rent, etc.
Neuman&Esser also practically visited and worked with Sonadezi’s industrial park, AQUA Electrical Appliances Viet Nam Co., Ltd. (a part of Haier Group). AQUA Viet Nam has invested in production in Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park since 1996 and is a famous brand in the field of household electrical appliances with products such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, freezers, water heaters, etc.

It is known that on July 30, 2024, in Ha Noi, Neuman&Esser Group and the Institute for Development Strategies (IDS) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to develop the hydrogen industry in Viet Nam. At the same time, Neuman&Esser’s delegation had a working session with the National Assembly Economic Committee, discussing legal policies and investment environment in the hydrogen industry according to Viet Nam’s Hydrogen Energy Development Strategy until 2030, with a vision to 2050.
Ms. Stefanie Peters – President of Neuman&Esser said that the Group has a development strategy in the Vietnamese market and will soon decide to invest in Viet Nam starting with the opening of a representative Office and investment in production facilities, prioritizing the southern region.
