– The Northern residential area which lies in the North of the Thong Nhat ward is for high-rise apartment buildings and commercial – service complex. Commercial – service complex spans along two main axes of Bien Hoa city’s the new center, thereby, facilitating transactions and highlighting the distinctive architecture of new center.

D2D – Berjaya joint venture plans to build 5-star hotels and high-end apartment buildings in this area (belongs to Bien Hoa City Square Complex). Currently, Amber Court Apartment Building is finished, Twins Topaz Apartment Building was already kicked off.

– The Southern residential area spans along the arterial road of Bien Hoa City, including high-rise apartment buildings, townhouses, resettlement houses, houses for low-income families, commercial-service facilities, schools, parks, etc.
