Sonadezi aims to maintain growth in 2025 and is conducting studies to propose and implement investments in several new industrial parks (IPs) in Đồng Nai and Khánh Hòa provinces.
On April 25, Sonadezi Corporation (Sonadezi, HNX: SNZ) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

At the meeting, Sonadezi’s leadership reported that the corporation has largely fulfilled the targets assigned by the 2024 AGM. The entire system recorded a total revenue of VND 6,172 billion, achieving 96.95% of the target; profit after tax reached VND 1,619 billion, exceeding the plan by 18.17%; return on equity (ROE) was 18.37%, surpassing the target by 20.3%; and VND 752 billion was contributed to the state budget, reaching 115.5% of the plan.
Of this, the parent company – Sonadezi Corporation achieved a revenue of VND 773 billion (111.2% of the target), contributed VND 65 billion to the state budget (108% of the target), posted a profit after tax of VND 515 billion (111.5% of the target), an ROE of 13.21% (110.45% of the target), and declared a dividend of 13%.

In 2025, despite facing many uncertainties, Sonadezi will not adjust its plans and will maintain its key performance indicators. Accordingly, the group is determined to achieve a consolidated revenue of VND 6,680 billion (an increase of 8.23% compared to 2024), and a profit after tax of VND 1,404 billion. The parent company alone is expected to reach about VND 794 billion in revenue and VND 510 billion in profit after tax.
Sonadezi also plans to study and propose several new projects in 2025, including 3 industrial park projects, one urban area project, and a golf course project in Dong Nai province. For the Ninh Diem 3 Industrial Park (in Khanh Hoa), Sonadezi is currently completing procedures to establish Sonadezi Khanh Hoa JSC, which will invest in the construction, operation, and business development of the project.

In addition, Sonadezi will implement several commercial and social housing projects, and continue to boost investment in clean water supply, support services, construction, and building materials, in order to promote overall growth across the system.
