The Department of Finance requested Sonadezi Corporation to focus on implementing the Enterprise Restructuring Plan for the 2026–2030 period after approval; continue promoting strengths in the industrial real estate sector, implement Ninh Diem Industrial Park 3; operate the Sonadezi Building effectively; and ensure the welfare and development of human resources for the next phase.
Achieving new growth peaks, budget contribution exceeding plan by more than 12%
At the Conference, Mr. Tran Thanh Hai – General Director of Sonadezi – reported that most subsidiaries completed their 2025 plans and strengthened investment, improving service capacity in port operations, clean water supply, workforce training, and waste treatment services. Additionally, several social housing projects were commenced, completed, and handed over in Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City, totaling 1,165 units.
In the industrial park sector, the Sonadezi and its subsidiaries inaugurated Tan Duc Industrial Park (Lam Dong) on December 19, 2025, raising the number of operational industrial parks to 12. In 2025, Sonadezi’s industrial parks leased 12 factories and attracted 28 industrial land‑lease projects totaling 112 hectares (up 45% compared to 2024); total investment attracted in 2025 reached 256 million USD and nearly 4,390 billion VND.

Consolidated results for 2025 show Sonadezi achieving a new growth record with total revenue of about 6,900 billion VND, exceeding the plan by 3.15%; after‑tax profit of over 1,660 billion VND, exceeding the plan by 18.55%; budget contribution of 838 billion VND, exceeding the plan by 12.45%; and return on equity reaching 18.25%, surpassing the target of 18%.
The Parent Company recorded revenue of 717 billion VND, reaching over 90% of the plan; dividend revenue of about 598 billion VND, exceeding the plan by nearly 29%; after‑tax profit of 576 billion VND, exceeding the plan by 12.9%; budget contribution of 50 billion VND, reaching 84.5% of the plan (due to continued 30% land‑lease reduction at Bien Hoa 1 IP and no corporate income tax incurred); return on equity reaching 14.69%, exceeding the plan by 12.9%.
Budget contributions do not include state shareholder dividends at the Parent Company, approximately 400 billion VND/year.
In 2025, the Sonadezi and its subsidiaries continued to implement numerous social charity programs with total funding of about 18.5 billion VND.

Sonadezi sets goals for inclusive and sustainable growth
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Truong Dinh Hiep – Chairman of Sonadezi – said that for the 2026–2030 period, the corporation’s orientation and planning will align with strategic policies of the Party and Government, Resolution 79 of the Central Committee, resolutions of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, and directives from the Owner. Sonadezi aims for inclusive and sustainable growth, striving to become a leading enterprise in industrial infrastructure nationwide with a large‑scale ecosystem.
In 2026, the Sonadezi system targets consolidated revenue of 5,995 billion VND, after‑tax profit of 1,309 billion VND, budget contribution of 745 billion VND, and return on equity of 14.12%.

To achieve these goals, Sonadezi will focus on key tasks such as comprehensive restructuring, reorganizing member companies toward streamlining and professionalism; improving capital efficiency; strengthening investment in new projects; developing Sonadezi’s value chain; and contributing directly and substantially to Dong Nai’s double‑digit growth goals.
At the same time, Sonadezi will innovate and enhance governance capacity, apply corporate governance principles of the OECD as required by Resolution 79; optimize operations; promote digital transformation and green transformation; and improve labor productivity.
At the Conference, Sonadezi leaders awarded the Sonadezi Badge to employees who have excellently completed tasks and retired under regulations – individuals who have dedicated their hearts and contributions to Sonadezi’s sustainable development.
