On May 29, 2026, representatives of the Department of Construction and Sonadezi Corporation held a working session with the People’s Committee of Nha Bich Commune, Dong Nai City, and conducted site surveys of projects proposed by the commune for investment attraction.
According to the leadership of the Nha Bich Commune People’s Committee, the meeting aimed to provide information on the local socio-economic development situation. At the same time, the parties discussed orientations for planning, transportation infrastructure connectivity, and identified several key sectors for investment promotion in the commune, in line with the urban development planning of Dong Nai City for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision to 2050. The orientation for the 2030–2050 period is to develop Nha Bich Commune into a ward.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai – Chairman of the Nha Bich Commune People’s Committee – shared information on the locality’s potential and advantages, as well as development orientations in the adjustment of Dong Nai’s planning for the 2021–2030 period, with a vision to 2050.
Mr. Ngo Minh Cong – Southern Institute for Construction Planning – provided information on the commune’s planning work and introduced a list of key projects expected to drive local socio-economic development in the 2026–2030 period, proposed for investor attraction.
During the program, representatives of the Department of Construction, leaders of Nha Bich Commune, and Sonadezi Corporation conducted on-site surveys of project locations such as the Nha Bich logistics center associated with transshipment warehouses and storage facilities, a nursing home project, Nha Bich Industrial Park, Minh Lap Industrial Park, and the Nha Bich golf, urban, and commercial complex.

Sonadezi Corporation and its member companies explored and discussed in depth industrial park, infrastructure, and service projects within the group’s business areas in Nha Bich Commune. This is one of the potential localities in the northern area of Dong Nai City that Sonadezi is interested in and wishes to invest in.
Previously, Sonadezi Corporation and its member companies also surveyed and explored investment opportunities in Tan Loi Commune, Tan Khai Commune, Dong Phu Commune, Chon Thanh Ward, Minh Hung Ward, and other areas of Dong Nai City. These programs aim to implement and realize the orientations of the Dong Nai City Party Committee and People’s Committee regarding participation in the development of industrial parks, residential areas, and technical infrastructure such as water supply, environment, and logistics within the city.
Perspective of two industrial parks in Nha Bich Commune proposed for investment attraction
Sonadezi’s leadership stated that, with the development strategy and investment plan for the 2026–2030 period approved by the Dong Nai City People’s Committee (the owner), Sonadezi Corporation is accelerating the search for and investment in new projects. The goal is to invest in at least two more industrial parks and two residential areas in potential localities.
The estimated investment cost for projects and items under the four business sectors of the Sonadezi system in the 2026–2030 period is about VND 36 trillion, including industrial parks, residential areas, social housing, port expansion and water supply systems, and waste treatment projects.
Currently, while continuing to seek and invest in new projects in Dong Nai City, Sonadezi is also accelerating the investment and operation progress of projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong, and Khanh Hoa.
Recently, Sonadezi Corporation issued Official Letter No. 434/SNZ-DAKD dated May 28, 2026, to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee to expedite the investor selection process so that Sonadezi can complete its task of investing in the construction and business of infrastructure for Ninh Diem 3 Industrial Park.
Sonadezi Corporation stated that it has directly reported on the development status of the Ninh Diem 3 Industrial Park project and has been instructed by the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai City Party Committee and the Dong Nai City People’s Committee to continue resolutely implementing this project.
