On April 24, at the announcement ceremony of the Top 10 & Top 5 Real Estate – Construction – Building Materials Companies in 2024, Sonadezi was honored in the Top 10 Industrial Real Estate Companies.
This is also the 3rd time Sonadezi Corporation has obtained this achievement, the previous two times were in 2021 and 2022.
The Top 10 & Top 5 Real Estate – Construction – Building materials Companies ranking is an annual ranking built based on independent research and evaluation by Vietnam Report (VNR), regularly published on VietNamNet Newspaper.
This year’s Top 10 Industrial Real Estate Companies include Sonadezi, Becamex, Vsip, Viglacera, Kinh Bac, Idico, Saigon VRG, Nam Tan Uyen, Tan Binh Industrial Park, and D2D.

Attracting about USD 12 billion of investment capital
As a pioneer in Vietnam’s industrial park infrastructure sector since 1990, Sonadezi has been developing and managing 12 industrial parks in Dong Nai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Binh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces with a total area of over 4,600 hectares.
The industrial parks of the Sonadezi system have attracted 895 projects (including 636 FDI projects and 259 DDI projects) with a total registered investment capital of about USD 12 billion. Among them are many prominent FDI projects of Fujitsu (currently as Tripod Vietnam), Bosch, Aqua, Shell, Meggitt, Hans Vina, 3M, Sony, Meggitt, Kenda, Olympus, Air King, Zirtec… These projects have contributed positively to making Dong Nai and Ba Ria – Vung Tau become places supplying many high-tech products such as aircraft components, automobile components, electronic components, robots, components for modern machinery of many famous brands in the world.
Sonadezi has 07 industrial parks basically filled. Currently, industrial parks such as Chau Duc, Tan Duc, Giang Dien, Thanh Phu… are actively attracting investment with a total area of industrial land and ready-to-rent workshops of over 1,000 hectares.
Sonadezi has prepared clean land funds to welcome the inflows of FDI into Vietnam
To be prepared, seize the opportunity to attract the rapidly increasing FDI inflows and meet the needs of customers, the Sonadezi system is implementing Tan Duc Industrial Park (300 hectares) in Binh Thuan province; Ninh Diem 3 Industrial Park in Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa province; Long Phuoc Industrial Cluster (75 hectares) in Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province. Sonadezi also plans to research and develop 02 new industrial parks in the coming time.

At the same time, Sonadezi continues to vigorously develop industrial workshops for rent in industrial parks with diverse types and areas, built-in ready and built according to the needs, characteristics of customers’ industries. Specifically, Long Thanh Industrial Park and Chau Duc Industrial Park are deploying and will deploy more than 100 workshops for rent, Thanh Phu Industrial Park continues to invest in a cluster of workshops on the planned land area of 65,000m2, Giang Dien Industrial Park will invest in building an additional 37 workshops with an area of nearly 38 hectares…
Investment in large-scale golf courses adjacent to industrial parks
In November 2023, the establishment of Chau Duc Golf Course in Ba Ria – Vung Tau marked a new milestone for Sonadezi in the process of developing an industrial, urban, and service ecosystem.
Chau Duc Golf Course is part of the overall project of Chau Duc Urban Industrial Park and Golf Course (2,287 hectares). This is the largest industrial, urban, and service complex in the country to date and is the first industrial park in Vietnam with a large-scale urban area and golf course adjacent.
Chau Duc Golf Course increases the value for customers of industrial parks and golfers
Chau Duc Golf Course has 36 holes, an area of nearly 152 hectares, PGA standard and designed by Greg Norman Company. This is a signature golf course, providing luxurious, classy, and interesting experiences for customers in Chau Duc Industrial Park, domestic and international golfers.
Together with the effort to develop complementary products such as golf courses, office space for rent, worker housing, social housing, the Sonadezi system has actively invested to enhance the capacity to serve and quality of support services for industrial parks such as port services, wastewater treatment, waste treatment, security, human resource training, clean water supply, fuel supply…
Currently, Sonadezi continues to exploit the remaining service land fund in Long Thanh Industrial Park, Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Urban Industrial Park, and Chau Duc Golf Course… to attract investors to develop logistics, financial services, showrooms… to maximize meeting the needs of customers in industrial parks.
