The Board of Directors (BOD) of Sonadezi Corporation has paid tribute to 5 groups of representatives of contributed capital at 5 subsidiaries and nearly 4,000 employees.
Announcing the reward decisions at its workshop on 2022 annual review and 2023 business planning, Ms. Luong Minh Hien – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Sonadezi Corporation shared that: in 2022, Sonadezi’s subsidiaries invested much efforts in fulfilling business performance targets. As a result, 9/16 subsidiaries completed and exceeded assigned targets.

In addition to daily business operations, Sonadezi’s subsidiaries were actively involved in non-work activities launched by the Corporation, effectively coordinated in preparation of regular reports and information sharing between representatives of the Corporation’s contributed capital, as well as provided appropriate welfare benefits to their employees.
For such efforts and achievements, the Sonadezi Corporation’s BOD decided to reward 5 groups of representatives of contributed capital at 5 subsidiaries. Specifically, tributes were given to representatives of Sonadezi’s contributed capital at Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company and Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company for their fulfillment of business targets while those at Sonadezi Long Thanh Joint Stock Company were praised for their exceptional performance in reporting and coordination with the Corporation.

Ms. Dang Thi Kim Tham – Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Finance presented awards to representatives of Sonadezi’s contributed capital at Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company and Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company
The representatives of Sonadezi’s contributed capital at Dong Nai Water Supply Joint Stock Company were honored for their notable achievements in the Corporation’s non-work activities while those at Sonadezi Giang Dien Joint Stock Company were rewarded for introduction of numerous employee welfare benefits.

Also at the event, Sonadezi’s BOD Chairwoman Do Thi Thu Hang paid tribute to the efforts and contributions of all subsidiaries, directors and employees in 2022. On behalf of the Corporation’s BOD, Ms. Do Thi Thu Hang respectfully expressed her thanks and New Year wishes to all employees and workers who worked during the New Year holiday at its ports, waste treatment facilities, water supply plants, industrial parks, etc. for continued and smooth service delivery to customers and citizens.
Sonadezi’s key achievements in 2022:
Out of an effort to strengthen its reputation, brand value and corporate governance, Sonadezi and its subsidiaries reaped new achievements in 2022. The First-class Emulation Flag was conferred by Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee on Sonadezi Corporation which remained in the Top 10 reputable industrial parks developers and was named by the Hanoi Stock Exchange as one out of 10 large-scale public enterprises that demonstrated excellent performance in disclosure and transparency in 2021-2022.
Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee also conferred the Excellent Emulation Flag on Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company (PDN) which was in the Top 10 “Asia-Pacific Outstanding Brands 2022″ and won the Best Companies for Labor Welfare 2022 award.
Sonadezi Long Binh Joint Stock Company (SZB) was in the top 10 HNX-listed enterprises with good corporate governance in 2021-2022 and in the Top 5 Best Corporate Governance 2022 among small-cap companies.
Dong Nai Water Supply Joint Stock Company (DNW) and some other Sonadezi’s subsidiaries were also praised for significant achievements in compliance with tax laws in Dong Nai province in 2020 and 2021.
