On December 5, 2025, the Trade Union of Sonadezi Corporation (Sonadezi Corporation) successfully organized the 4th Congress, term 2025-2030.
Attending the Congress were Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang – Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, leaders of Sonadezi Corporation and its member companies, along with 171 official delegates representing more than 3,600 members of the Trade Union of Sonadezi Corporation.

During the program, the Congress comprehensively evaluated the results of implementing Resolution of the 3rd Congress and identified objectives and directions for the next 5-year term (2025-2030). Delegates also discussed and contributed opinions to the Congress Documents and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The Trade Union of the Corporation currently manages 25 subordinate grassroots unions, an increase of 2 since the beginning of the term. The number of members is 3,616 out of 3,682 employees (98.2%), an increase of 188 members compared to the beginning of the term.
In the past term, the Trade Union effectively cooperated with the Corporation in employee care programs, patriotic emulation movements, community activities, and movements launched by higher-level organizations.
According to reports, the Trade Union implemented many timely and practical care activities for members and employees. Employee income increased yearly, with average income in 2024–2025 rising nearly 1.5 million VND compared to the beginning of the term.
Also, during the past term, The Trade Union also mobilized members and staff to participate in charity and social activities, such as new rural development, gratitude programs, contributions to the Fund for the Poor, Community Day, support for storm victims, and blood donation campaigns.

In the new term, the Trade Union aims to strengthen the organization and achieve key goals: annually, 85% of grassroots unions rated as completing tasks well or better; more than 95% organizing annual Employee Conferences; more than 95% effectively implementing emulation movements such as “Good Labor”, “Creative Labor”, and “Building a Cultural Enterprise”; annually introducing about 25 outstanding members for consideration to join the Party.

The Congress elected the 4th Executive Committee of Sonadezi Corporation’s Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term, consisting of 15 members. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh continues to serve as Chairwoman; Mr. Huynh Tan Loc and Ms. Lam Thi Thanh Tam were elected Vice Chairpersons.
