A new day begins, a new page opens, a journey continues to strive for the dreams of every member of the Sonadezi system, including me, a small employee, but I’m sure that I know who I am on that journey.
We are proud to be Sonadezi people to dedicate and develop in Sonadezi’s environment
Recalling the first day of working at Sonadezi, my heart always overflows with an indescribable emotion. More precisely, the chance to work at Sonadezi and it all happened to start with the word Sonadezi itself.
“It was also on December 15, 2005 that I followed my family from Saigon to settle down in Bien Hoa. I started taking a job application to a subsidiary of Sonadezi system in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.
I asked the security guard that I wanted to find Sonadezi Corporation (instead of saying the full name of that subsidiary). The security guard just heard the word Sonadezi and he was very enthusiastic and eager to see me out the gate and showed me the way to Sonadezi Corporation (then called Bien Hoa Industrial Park Development Company). From that moment, my journey with Sonadezi’s team officially began.
As I used to work in Saigon, starting with multinational companies, it is not unusual for me to change jobs. I have experience working with 3 different companies only in 2 years in Saigon. For such cases, no one can feel the attachment, solidarity, and witness the day-by-day development of a collective, a large company.
With Sonadezi, I have been here for more than 15 years, a period that would have been unthinkable for any of my friends in Saigon. But for me every working day at Sonadezi is a new day, a new job and new challenges.
My working day begins with excitement and confidence. Life is love and work. Working at Sonadezi, I always feel that I am living a simple and happy life. Starting work at Sonadezi with almost zero experience because Sonadezi’s fields are so broad and new, I can feel a strong spirit of “work hard, play hard” at Sonadezi. Over a period of more than 15 years, I have experienced many positions, many projects, many different jobs. I find my values, passions, and trust when completing work with my colleagues, surveying projects in remote areas or participating in festivals and arts programs. In the Sonadezi environment, I have grown and developed step by step. I want to devote more to the Company, want to affirm my value from seem-to-be smallest jobs to new jobs that I have never done before.
Today, how proud I am to celebrate with Sonadezi the 30th anniversary of its establishment and development, and always proud when someone asks me and I say “I work at Sonadezi”.
