That is the desire of Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee at the working session on April 22 with Sonadezi Industrial Development Corporation (Sonadezi Corporation) on the production and business plan for 2024 and the difficulties and obstacles of the enterprise.

According to the plan assigned for 2024, Sonadezi Corporation must achieve revenue of over VND 6.3 trillion, after-tax profit of over VND 1.3 trillion, and contribute VND 651 billion to the state budget. The overall business results of the entire corporation in the first quarter of 2024 are still low.
Revenue in the quarter reached 16.2%, after-tax profit reached 17.8%, and contribution to the state budget reached 19.8% compared to the assigned plan for 2024. The main reason is the objective economic situation, leading to the impact on most member companies, especially companies in the real estate group and construction – building materials group.

At the working session, the leaders of Sonadezi and its member also mentioned difficulties and obstacles related to many issues in production and business activities. Specifically, such as slow land clearance; the situation of electricity supply in industrial parks; difficulties and obstacles in bidding for waste treatment, receiving waste treatment, as well as the coordination and facilitation of departments, sectors to help enterprises promptly complete investment projects and dossiers…

For each specific difficulty that the enterprise proposes, Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, suggested that relevant departments, sectors, and localities closely coordinate with Sonadezi to resolve them.
The provincial leaders also suggested that Sonadezi Corporation review the overall structure of organization, operating regulations, and personnel of its member to adjust and supplement to fulfill their tasks. Continue to implement the restructuring plan for the 2021-2025 period approved by the Provincial People’s Committee; enhance management capacity; preserve and develop state capital sources.
At the same time, the company also needs to prepare well for the planning of close associates, unity for the strong development of Sonadezi brand.
